These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the coaching services and website operated by Kramer Media Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or engaging with our coaching services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of Services
Kramer Media Inc. provides educational and skills-based coaching focused on communication and interpersonal skill development.
We do not provide:
- Therapy or mental health treatment
- Medical or psychological services
- Crisis intervention
- Guaranteed outcomes or results
All coaching is educational and developmental in nature.
2. Eligibility
Our services are available only to individuals 18 years of age or older.
3. Payments
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe or Affirm. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and policies of the payment processor.
Payment obligations must be fulfilled according to the plan selected. If using a financing provider (e.g., Affirm), you are responsible for following the repayment terms set by that provider.
4. Refund Policy
Unless stated otherwise in writing, all coaching purchases are non-refundable.
Refund requests for transactions processed through third-party payment providers must comply with their specific policies.
5. Client Responsibilities
By engaging in coaching, you agree to:
- Participate willingly and responsibly
- Use the materials and guidance provided to support your own skill development
- Understand that personal progress varies and is not guaranteed
You agree not to rely on coaching as a substitute for professional mental health or medical treatment.
6. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee:
- Specific communication outcomes
- Measurable improvements
- Emotional changes
- Social or professional results
Coaching outcomes depend on individual effort and circumstances.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, content, videos, and written resources provided by Kramer Media Inc. are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kramer Media Inc. is not liable for:
- Decisions you make based on coaching
- Any direct or indirect damages
- Actions taken or not taken as a result of coaching guidance
Your use of the services is at your own discretion and risk.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if:
- A client is inappropriate, abusive, or unfit for coaching
- A client requires services outside the scope of coaching (e.g., therapy)
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
